About Me
I've worked in public relations and marketing for more than 17 years, spending 12 of those at large agencies. After leaving the agency world I handled marketing for a local wellness studio, focused on education, movement, and support for expectant and new parents. I've been on my own for more than two years, working with local and national clients on everything from copywriting to internal communications to content creation to public relations.

While I love managing and working with clients directly, my agency background means I can seamlessly fill in the gaps for agencies when someone is out of the office, on maternity leave or a team just needs extra account support. I'm happy to be client-facing or behind the scenes. My diverse industry experience means I'm agile enough to jump from automotive to manufacturing to non-profit support all in a day's work.

I live in Minnetonka, Minn. with my husband and our two high-energy kiddos James and Elliot. I'm powered by getting outside every day (why do I live in MN?!), coffee, and daily smoothies.
